POPCORN PREPARED THE HEALTHY WAY

What You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 cup White popcorn kernals

  • Garlic Salt

  • Olive Oil
  • Microwave

How To Make It:

  1. Add 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels to a brown paper bag (Depending on how much popcorn you want, you can use 1/4 to 1/2 cup of kernels

  2. Fold the top of the bag down two times, making sure to leave plenty of room inside the bag for the kernals to pop

  3. Microwave the bag: Microwave the bag on HIGH for about 4 minutes. Stop the microwave when the popping slows to about 3 seconds between pops

  4. Pour the popcorn into a bowl

  5. Add as much olive oil as you’d like and mix it around

  6. Add as much garlic salt as you’d like and mix it around

  7. SAVE THE BAG!! As long as it doesn’t have any holes or tears, you can reuse it for your next round of popcorn
